He is up to his eyeballs in debt at a subprime rate. Why does Bill have to borrow subprime? He barely pays his loans and credit card debit as it is. People with good credit don't have to borrow at subprime. He has poor credit. In simple terms Bill White thinks being a millionaire involves building a million dollars of debt. Most recently he had to sell off one of his houses to daddy so little Billy could pay off his credit card debt.

Bill's keys to destruction Every letter you write helps the cause. Bill has a high turn over on tenants. New flyers are needed every week or two. The fliers are the best (many of Bill's Tenants can't afford DVD's) but send a DVD if you can. Bill's Tenants need to know about Bill's character. Since he has such a high turner over in tenants, write soon, write often. Keep the cards and letters coming and they will keep tearing the shit out of Bill's worthless properties.
