You really have to wonder about Billy White. What goes through his sick little mind? Back in January of 2005, Billy was drinking heavily and jumping from gentleman's club to gentleman's club. Spending money he really didn't have on strippers. While on one of his drunken forays into the titty bars Billy met this woman, Alecia Hernandez at a club called Downtown Dolls in Roanoke.

According to Alecia, Billy started paying her for sex. Sometimes as many times as 4 times a week (I wonder if Bill paid Luke this often for sex?) Even after Alecia (who danced as Chocolate) switched clubs and went to work for The Gold and Silver, Bill tagged along. Paying her to give him oral sex in his car or taking her to his house for sex. "I always made him wear a condom, even though he claimed he was fixed and couldn't have kids" said Alecia. "He was really sprung over me.
